Requirements

• 7+ years of client or vendor-side research experience • Experience with all phases of the research process including scoping, designing, recruiting, fielding, analysis, and iteration • Ability to manage research projects end-to-end with limited oversight • Comfortable moderating qualitative research conversations (e.g. individual interviews, concept and usability tests) • Comfortable writing, programming, fielding, and analyzing online surveys through hosting sites such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey • Experience with remote testing tools (e.g. UserTesting, Maze) • Strong communication skills with the ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions • Excellent interpersonal skills with desire to be a strategic partner in business decisions • Openness to experimenting new tools, methodologies, or ways of working that could make us more effective and efficient • A positive, team player mentality
