β€’ Help clients win quickly and effectively in their coaching businesses. β€’ Build long-term relationships with clients and guide them through the training process. β€’ Empower clients in their entrepreneurial journey and ensure they feel supported. β€’ Oversee/manage about 100-120 clients and maintain engagement through various calls and communication. β€’ Conduct renewal conversations and encourage consistency in client progress. β€’ Collaborate with other coaches and perform regular team meetings.

Requirements

β€’ English 1st language and based in North America. β€’ Has experience in digital marketing - have either run your own or managed/coached other webinars, funnels, SBC, etc. β€’ 1+ years experience in digital marketing (webinars, funnels, ads, social media). β€’ 2+ years experience in client success & coaching. β€’ The secret code is hp2026. β€’ You know how to use behavioral psychology and/or NLP to help people achieve their highest potential. β€’ You have studied and or been certified by influencers in the coaching space such as Tony Robbins, Brendan Burchard, or similar. β€’ You are compassionate and a great listener and also have the ability to challenge clients to a higher standard and ensure they move forward in spite of fear (or themselves). β€’ You are consistent and show up for clients in a way that they can trust. β€’ You care about helping people succeed. β€’ You believe that the best love is tough love and that by letting people go you let them down. Knowing this, you are comfortable having difficult conversations to hold clients to a higher standard than they might have for themselves. β€’ You are positive, optimistic, and can help people feel the same way. β€’ You are very well organized and can handle a hefty client load. β€’ You are good with technology and very proficient using email (Gmail, GSuite) and keeping track of client conversations.
