📋 Description

• CDS Global is seeking an experienced B2B sales manager with a proven sales track record in subscription management platforms. • Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients’ proprietary information. • Executes a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets. • Improves profitability and growth by developing and executing sales development plans. • Builds strong relationships with prospective clients to increase future business opportunities. • Prepares proposals and negotiates contracts with clients. • Conducts market research to identify new product opportunities. • Applies generative artificial intelligence techniques to increase lead generation. • Demonstrates leadership and collaboration within the sales and marketing team. • Develops trusted relationships with senior decision makers within named accounts. • Produces sales presentations based on prospects' needs and pain points. • Actively participates in follow-ups to complete sales cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience • Proven successful track record of selling subscription management platforms • Deep understanding of subscription management industry and applicable technology • Documented, progressively successful senior level sales experience; 3+ years in SAAS or technology subscription sales • Experience with RFP process, SPIN selling or value added sales required • Successful sales experience calling on senior level executives in relevant verticals • Demonstrated experience performing duties independently and coordinating support team efforts • Capable of organizing tasks/resources to meet deadlines • Capable of interacting professionally with all levels of employees, clients, and vendors • Access to transportation requiring valid driver’s license and active insurance • Advanced PC knowledge and skills; capable of using Microsoft Excel or Word • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Intermediate math skills
