• Oversee and drive key medical education and medical affairs projects. • Ensure projects align with organizational goals and timelines. • Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders. • Support strategic objectives of the Medical Affairs department.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree. • Some experience of project management or program management within a Medical Affairs team. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders. • Knowledge of AdvaM compliance standards and guidelines. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com or similar tools). • PMP or similar project management certification (Preferred).
