โ€ข Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in institutional and retail cleaning product markets, as well as large and mid-size FMCG companies โ€ข Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers โ€ข Travel nationwide to meet with clients, attend trade shows within the country and international ones, and present our product line โ€ข Understand customer needs and market trends in cleaning and disinfecting solutions โ€ข Collaborate with internal teams based in the US as well as other regions to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข College degree in business administration, marketing, strategy, business development or other relevant subjects โ€ข 5-10 years of work experience in a commercial role, of which, at least the last two in sales โ€ข Proven experience in selling products to cleaning companies and their suppliers; experience with retailers and FMCG companies is a big plus โ€ข Experience with other homecare and personal care products is a plus โ€ข A proactive "hunter" mindset, with a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with prospects, and close deals in a competitive market โ€ข Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets โ€ข Willingness to travel extensively across the country and internationally upon request โ€ข Business proficiency in English, fluency in Spanish is a plus
