📋 Description
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of data analysts • Develop subject matter expertise in the HelioCampus data platform • Conduct comprehensive analysis of higher education data • Manage timelines and scope for client and internal projects • Serve as the main point of contact between HelioCampus and the client partner
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience (typically 7+ years) performing analytic functions in higher education • Leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team • Deep understanding of one or more key areas of higher education (e.g., student financials, financial aid) • Significant experience delivering compelling presentations to senior level executives • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams • Experience working with data from one or more Student Information Systems (e.g. Banner, PeopleSoft) • Experience developing technical requirements for reporting and analytic purposes • Significant experience working in Tableau to manipulate, analyze and present data • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, relational databases, and experience working with large data sets • Ability to work effectively and independently on multiple priorities • Experience working closely with both business users and technical development teams
