📋 Description
• Unlock Health breaks down the walls that healthcare providers have lived with for decades. • The Director of Web Strategy is responsible for creating web and technical strategy and delivering on web strategy initiatives for clients. • They will assist in enterprise client engagements, team management, and help to grow the MarTech function within Unlock Health. • Lead web and technical strategy for enterprise clients by creating web and technical strategy documentation that defines client needs, UX functionality, and implementation plan for any website or application projects. • Work closely with account, PM, and strategy teams to develop data-driven web strategies and campaign plans aligned with business objectives. • Mentor direct reports in their professional growth, and identify and create opportunities for growth and improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred (or equivalent work experience) • 5+ years as a web strategist, 1+ years as a manager • Healthcare or related industry experience preferred • Agency experience preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Extensive knowledge of related Ad/Marketing platforms & software • Experience building new functions and capabilities within agencies or health tech
