• Looking for customer service experts with great communication skills • Create happy customers and provide outstanding service • Build customer loyalty through effective account management • Handle customer communication via chat and email • Open to work on opportunities and direct feedback from clients
🎯 Requirements
• Previous non-voice experience required • No attendance issues • Passing last 3 month's scorecard • Willing to help out and do overtime when needed • Open to be put in any schedule from 2PM - 7AM MLA (shifting Mon-Sun schedule) • Good email comms, quick to resolve the issue with great CS skills and high quality • Positive energy and can-do attitude • High regard for integrity and diligence. • Works efficiently with minimal supervision • Stable internet connection and backup internet connection • Conducive working environment for work from home setup • Flexibility to support campaign launch
