Description

β€’ The BDR is directly responsible for fueling and keeping our sales engine running smoothly with a consistent supply of qualified meetings and opportunities. β€’ Guiding prospects through the sales process, including conducting live online platform demos and managing follow up actions in support of our Account Executives β€’ Contacting potential clients through outbound phone calls, prospecting emails, social media (outbound) and other outbound prospecting activities β€’ Identifying client needs and communicate the impact of our products/services Healthcare market β€’ Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives β€’ Creating early stage opportunities from your self-generated outbound leads and record all activities and manage early stage sales funnel opportunities in CRM (Hubspot) β€’ Staying up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans β€’ This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of at least 3 years of B2B, hardcore lead gen experience preferably in Language Services, IT/Software or Tech Services industry β€’ 4 year College Degree (BA/BS) in a related field β€’ Self-Highly organized and effective task manager with a positive, can-do attitude looking to work in a fast paced, high-energy, start up, sales TEAM environment β€’ Excellent at researching companies, asking probing questions and actively listening β€’ Coach-able, Self starter β€’ Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills β€’ Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) β€’ Proven track record of achieving sales quotas β€’ A genuine interest in Technology/ Business Services Sales within the healthcare, financial services, and CRO market spaces β€’ Experience with CRM software (ideally Hubspot) β€’ Understanding of sales performance metrics β€’ Experience in healthcare sales β€’ Familiar with the Language Services industry
