• About Hello Heart: Hello Heart is on a mission to change the way people care for their hearts. • The company provides the first app and connected heart monitor to help people track and manage their heart health. • As a growth leader focused on client renewal and expansion, you will collaboratively develop the client growth strategy. • You will work tirelessly to make Hello Heart visible and appealing to its members. • This is a fully remote position reporting to the Chief Client Officer. • Responsibilities include account leadership, market analysis, relationship management, sales strategy, and collaboration across departments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of selling, managing, and servicing clients, with a focus on the healthcare space. • Management Consultant experience required. • A demonstrated track record of account retention & expansion success. • Strong relationship development and organization navigation skills including experience identifying and engaging key decision partners with success. • Demonstrated success in developing client relationships including growing revenues and retaining clients. • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to overcome objections and achieve a win-win deal. • Attention to detail in everything from relationship strategy to tailoring the pitch through to contract negotiations. • Ability to travel (approximately 50%).
