Description

• As our Director / Head of Growth Marketing you will lead the next chapter of growth, overseeing the entirety of our growth marketing program: developing vision, strategy, and executing performance-based growth marketing plans including oversight of a multi-million dollar paid media budget. • This position reports to the Included Health Senior Director of Care Delivery & Strategy. • You will leverage your leadership experience and subject matter expertise to build a high-performing team that is laser focused on delivering world-class visit growth for Included Health.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience leading paid digital media and/or growth/performance marketing. • Deep understanding and proven track record of managing acquisition campaigns, strategies, and benchmarks. • Deep expertise with the consumer conversion funnel – from awareness, consideration, demand gen to conversion. • Advanced understanding of direct response metrics and ability to measure program/campaign ROI across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms specific to customer acquisition. • Experience managing and optimizing significant marketing investment. • Growth mindset, with a bias toward change and comfortable operating in the grey. • Highly collaborative and able to build cross functional partnerships with data, creative, brand and site merch teams. • Digital marketing expert, specific to emerging consumer and media trends. • Proactively engage with external partners and stay on the pulse of new trends and platforms to inform future engagement strategies.
