β’ As the Revenue Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, creating training materials, and continuously testing new ideas to improve the sales performance of our agents. β’ Focus on improving skills, challenging the team to evolve, and ensuring the training programs align with both revenue targets and operational goals. β’ Constantly experiment with new sales techniques and strategies, optimizing performance. β’ You'll work alongside an instructional designer and a training team to create high-impact training content. β’ Conduct training sessions for agents and team leaders, ensuring they are equipped with the tools needed to excel. β’ Provide feedback and coaching after training to ensure techniques are being applied effectively. β’ Monitor & Analyze Performance: Track both individual and team performance, analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
β’ Strong background in overall sales, with a proven track record of driving performance improvements. β’ Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and training programs. β’ Expertise in sales techniques like upselling, cross-selling, objection handling, and closing. β’ Ability to test and implement new ideas, pushing the boundaries of current sales practices. β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive improvements and adapt strategies. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate agents. β’ Experience with sales training, even if not in a call center setting, is highly valued. β’ Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment. β’ Experience with CRM tools and sales performance software is a plus.
