Description

• Responsible for supporting the MODA Implementation director in service delivery team • Reporting metrics on a monthly/quarterly basis • Consultant & partner management, project administration, sales support for service quotations • Product demonstrations, training, configuration, technical support • Developing training material, project plans, and product documentation • Manage administrative duties related to onboarding and closing out projects

Requirements

• MSc or BSc in relevant area with 15 years’ experience implementing software systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent client consulting skills • Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently • Ability to perform technical demonstrations and support sales activities as needed • Core background in either MES Systems, Automation, or IT Systems • Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, Windows Server, Crystal Reports, Windows 10/11 • Expertise in networking software/testing lifecycle, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Javascript or Typescript • Team member or lead on at least >3 MES/EBR system implementations • Experienced in connecting to shop-floor equipment via OPC • MES/EBR project management and validation roles performed across multiple projects
