β’ 3-5 years of product management experience and P&L management β’ Ability to build and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals β’ Deep understanding of market and customer needs, behaviors, and preferences β’ Knowledgeable about the product development process, from ideation to launch β’ Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work with cross-functional teams β’ Proficient in data analysis to inform product decisions and prioritize features β’ Strong leadership and project management skills β’ Basic technical understanding of the product and ability to work effectively with engineers β’ Open to continuous learning and adapting to changing market trends β’ Experience with Microsoft (Power B.I, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce.com, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
