Description

• Responsible for developing sales strategy and driving sales growth across all product lines. • Identify customer program requirements through interactive selling techniques and understanding of SFS capabilities. • Establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders at strategic customers. • Drive revenue growth by identifying new pursuits and executing pursuit strategy to close new business. • Support industry tradeshows and government-hosted Industry Days. • Develop capture plans aligned with customer’s mission, technical challenges and CONOPS. • Develop accurate sales forecasting models that enable the organization to prioritize resources. • Travel within the U.S. required (up to 40%)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Business, Marketing or Engineering discipline preferred. • 5 years of technical sales experience with relevant electronic products. • A combination of education and experience will be considered. • Prior military experience and/or experience working with DoD industry preferred • Active security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance (Secret) • Requires the ability to perform under minimal supervision remotely. • Demonstrated track record utilizing superior customer service skills to advance sales capabilities to external customers • Ability to handle complex problems with analytical thinking skills and engage with customers enthusiastically. • Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM system • Ability to be agile and have fun!
