• HICX is a leading worldwide provider of enterprise SaaS solutions for digital supplier management. • Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Solution Consultant. • Play a pivotal role in shaping customers' experience and driving success of Supplier Management Platform. • Drive innovation and create seamless customer experiences. • Contribute to transforming the way organizations interact with suppliers. • Responsible for helping close, plan and implement HICX’ platform for customers. • Lead customer implementations for HICX’s fortune 5000 customers in the EU. • Conceptualize solution/technical architecture & design, orchestrate POCs, technically lead implementation for HICX SBM platform. • Provide thought leadership in technology areas associated with Master Data Management, Supplier Management, Information management, etc. • Be part of strategic consulting projects, assessments, map solutions to client processes, and develop value proposition.

Requirements

• 7+ years professional experience working as a team member of software implementations • 5+ years experience of solution design • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SaaS products • Understanding the technical aspects of configuration, scripting and SQL with the credibility to drive and challenge cross-functional teams of varying levels of technical detail • Significant experience in software development and web technologies • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills • Strong practical experience with Microsoft Office • Strong written and verbal communication skills • 2+ years’ domain experience with procurement software such as Supplier Information Management or Procure-to-Pay (Coupa, Ariba, Basware, Ivalua or other specialist solutions) • 2+ years’ experience with procurement/supply chain processes and data in ERP (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)
