• Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing within B2B SaaS; experience in the construction or homebuilding industry is a huge plus. • Portfolio of content marketing, with a strong emphasis on multi-channel campaign execution and website optimization. • Demonstrated ability to manage the creative process, from ideation to execution. • Great writing, editing, and storytelling skills. • Proven experience with Hubspot and social media platforms is required. • Good design sense and taste; ability to design in Figma, Canva, or Adobe is a huge plus. • Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g. SEMrush, Jasper). • Expertise in repurposing content and developing multichannel campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
