β€’ Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. β€’ Strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry as well as other industries with suitable applications for Coperion equipment. β€’ Proven experience in managing sales partnerships within North America. β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. β€’ Ability to work collaboratively with a technical team and sales agents. β€’ Travel may be required, approximately 40 – 60%.
