Description

• Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is a leading health and wellness platform. • Seeking a highly motivated Lead Quality Engineer for the Growth Engineering team. • Drive quality assurance strategies, optimizing testing processes, and ensuring platform reliability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in quality engineering, with a strong focus on test automation and strategy development. • Proven experience with testing frontend web and mobile applications, including experience with tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or similar test automation frameworks. • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript) for developing test automation frameworks. • Strong understanding of modern development practices (e.g., agile/lean, DevOps, shift-left testing, TDD) and experience implementing CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins). • Experience in architecting and implementing test automation solutions across both frontend and backend systems. • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience with performance and load testing tools.
