📋 Description
• Hims & Hers is seeking a highly motivated, talented, and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic Flow Platform team. • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative features. • By enhancing the user experience and optimizing acquisition funnels, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years experience in software engineering, preferably in a growth-focused engineering environment. • Proven experience in building scalable web applications and services, preferably in a cloud environment. • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Next, GraphQL) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Redis). • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. • Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in the software development process. • Strong sense of ownership and bias for action.
