📋 Description

• Job Summary: Texas Sleep Medicine is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of the revenue cycle, from patient registration to final account resolution. • Key Responsibilities: Revenue Cycle Oversight: Manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including coding, billing, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections. • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to streamline workflows, reduce claim denials, and improve cash flow. • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer policies, as well as HIPAA and other healthcare regulations. • Denial & AR Management: Analyze trends in claim denials and outstanding accounts receivable, developing corrective action plans to optimize collections. • Patient Billing & Collections: Oversee patient billing procedures and ensure clear communication regarding financial responsibilities. • Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze revenue cycle reports, providing insights and recommendations to leadership on financial performance. • Team Leadership: Train and supervise billing and coding staff, fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency. • Technology & EHR Optimization: Work with the practice’s electronic health records (EHR) and billing systems to ensure seamless integration and accurate data management. • Additional: We are looking for a working billing manager that is able to scrub claims and handle appeals. Knowledge of Athena is a big plus. • This is 100% Remote Work.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field preferred. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle management, preferably in a sleep medicine or specialty practice. • Strong knowledge of insurance payers, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and reimbursement policies. • Experience with EHR and practice management systems (experience with [insert specific system if applicable] is a plus). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments.
