β’ We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Amazon Channel Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our Amazon business. β’ This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing advertising spend, improving product visibility, managing inventory, and enhancing the overall customer experience on the Amazon platform. β’ The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing Amazon accounts and a deep understanding of eCommerce, paid media, and marketplace operations.
β’ Key Responsibilities: β’ Amazon Strategy & Growth: β’ Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon growth strategy to maximize sales and profitability. β’ Identify new opportunities within the platform, including product launches, category expansions, and strategic partnerships. β’ Paid Media Management: β’ Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP). β’ Analyze campaign performance, adjust bids, and optimize ad placements to drive ROAS and overall efficiency. β’ Stay updated on Amazon ad platform developments and apply best practices to drive revenue growth. β’ Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: β’ Manage and forecast inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory. β’ Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to streamline supply chain processes. β’ Monitor FBA performance and ensure optimal inventory levels across fulfillment centers. β’ Product Listings & Content Optimization: β’ Create, manage, and optimize product listings, ensuring SEO best practices and keyword optimization. β’ Oversee A+ Content, Brand Store, and product imagery to enhance customer experience and drive conversions. β’ Implement split testing and data-driven adjustments to improve product page performance. β’ Data Analysis & Performance Reporting: β’ Monitor daily performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ad performance. β’ Generate weekly and monthly performance reports to identify growth opportunities and areas requiring improvement. β’ Leverage data insights to inform future strategies and tactics. β’ Brand Protection & Compliance: β’ Monitor and address unauthorized sellers, counterfeit products, and policy violations. β’ Ensure all content and operations adhere to Amazon policies and guidelines. β’ Cross-functional Collaboration: β’ Partner closely with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to align Amazon efforts with overall business goals. β’ Coordinate with creative teams to develop high-performing product visuals and brand assets. β’ Preferred: β’ Experience in a high-growth eCommerce or consumer products company. β’ Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and other Amazon-specific platforms. β’ Experience with Amazon DSP or off-platform advertising to drive traffic to Amazon.
