📋 Description
• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Amazon Channel Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our Amazon business. • This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing advertising spend, improving product visibility, managing inventory, and enhancing the overall customer experience on the Amazon platform. • The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing Amazon accounts and a deep understanding of eCommerce, paid media, and marketplace operations.

• Key Responsibilities: • Amazon Strategy & Growth: • Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon growth strategy to maximize sales and profitability. • Identify new opportunities within the platform, including product launches, category expansions, and strategic partnerships. • Paid Media Management: • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP). • Analyze campaign performance, adjust bids, and optimize ad placements to drive ROAS and overall efficiency. • Stay updated on Amazon ad platform developments and apply best practices to drive revenue growth. • Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: • Manage and forecast inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory. • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to streamline supply chain processes. • Monitor FBA performance and ensure optimal inventory levels across fulfillment centers. • Product Listings & Content Optimization: • Create, manage, and optimize product listings, ensuring SEO best practices and keyword optimization. • Oversee A+ Content, Brand Store, and product imagery to enhance customer experience and drive conversions. • Implement split testing and data-driven adjustments to improve product page performance. • Data Analysis & Performance Reporting: • Monitor daily performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ad performance. • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports to identify growth opportunities and areas requiring improvement. • Leverage data insights to inform future strategies and tactics. • Brand Protection & Compliance: • Monitor and address unauthorized sellers, counterfeit products, and policy violations. • Ensure all content and operations adhere to Amazon policies and guidelines. • Cross-functional Collaboration: • Partner closely with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to align Amazon efforts with overall business goals. • Coordinate with creative teams to develop high-performing product visuals and brand assets. • Preferred: • Experience in a high-growth eCommerce or consumer products company. • Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and other Amazon-specific platforms. • Experience with Amazon DSP or off-platform advertising to drive traffic to Amazon.
