• Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates • Job Role: Team Lead Loan Processor/Audit Specialist • Work Schedule: This is a full-time role (8 hours per day) (Australian Timezone) • Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. • Role Overview: We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Team Manager (Loan Processor) to join our team. • Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Performance Management, Mortgage Brokerage & Lender Policy Expertise, Training & Development, Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement, Stakeholder Management & Communication, Compliance & Risk Management.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Manager for Loan Processors in an Australian loan mortgage company. • Experience in mortgage brokerage • Needs experience in all bank portals (pricings, valuations etc) • ST experience although preferred if they haven’t had experience we need someone who has had experience with a similar CRM • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Able to adapt quickly to company’s internal tools such as AOL and bank portal • Abiltiy to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines
