Description

• Analyze sales and renewal data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks • Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models to support business planning and decision-making • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to enhance revenue performance • Collaborate with the Sales & Renewals teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency • Track and report on key performance metrics, including conversion rates, deal velocity, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and renewal activities in CRM and other systems • Create and distribute regular reports and dashboards to track revenue performance and key metrics • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all revenue-related systems and platforms • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting • Coordinate with Marketing to align sales and renewal efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies • Support the development of sales and renewal training materials and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, financial analysis, or a related role in a SaaS company • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
