📋 Description

• Work directly with internal customers (dealerships) to resolve system and form related issues and requests. • Document customer requests in an organized manner to ensure proper follow up and resolution. • Manage and continuously maintain form libraries in the dealership Sales and F&I systems. • Implement form changes as needed in response to regulatory, policy, or procedural changes. • Collaborate with Compliance Department and other Central Services personnel to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services for internal customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • 2+ years’ experience in a help desk or similar customer service / technical support role • Knowledge of company supported systems, including CDK, DealerTrack, RouteOne, Roadster, DealerSocket, Darwin, CUDL • Familiarity with the automotive industry, Sales and F&I operations, Accounting, and the interaction of dealership systems • Excellent organization, critical thinking, and problem solving skills • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including strong verbal and written communication
