β’ District Execution Managers (DEMs) oversee successful implementation of Merchandising Services activities within their assigned district. β’ Responsible for communication with customers including District Manager and Suppliers. β’ Accountable for performance of teams creating inviting shopping environment and ensuring merchandising strategies executed successfully. β’ Responsible for hiring, training, and conducting performance reviews for direct reports. β’ Accountable for teams' metrics and budget, including overtime and payroll expenses. β’ Attend district meetings, monitor manager participation, and communicate on merchandising issues. β’ Coach and mentor direct reports, provide performance feedback, set priorities, and assist with tasks. β’ Conduct store visits, monitor reports, and provide direction on merchandising activities and projects. β’ Utilize regional captainship program to resolve issues and pull key reports.
