📋 Description

• District Execution Managers (DEMs) oversee successful implementation of Merchandising Services activities within their assigned district. • Responsible for communication with customers including District Manager and Suppliers. • Accountable for performance of teams creating inviting shopping environment and ensuring merchandising strategies executed successfully. • Responsible for hiring, training, and conducting performance reviews for direct reports. • Accountable for teams' metrics and budget, including overtime and payroll expenses. • Attend district meetings, monitor manager participation, and communicate on merchandising issues. • Coach and mentor direct reports, provide performance feedback, set priorities, and assist with tasks. • Conduct store visits, monitor reports, and provide direction on merchandising activities and projects. • Utilize regional captainship program to resolve issues and pull key reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of Tableau • Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) • Working knowledge of HRIS software (e.g., IBM Kenexa, PeopleFluent, Tesseract) • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Demonstrated project management skills • Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy to understand terms to diverse audiences • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to retrieve, manipulate, analyze, and interpret data using web-based programs and handheld device • Experience working in the retail merchandising service industry or working directly for large scale retailer with multilocation responsibility • Merchandising background • Project Management Experience • 5 years of supervisory/management experience of large teams • Must have a valid state driver's license and proof of insurance • Must have reliable transportation • Requires daily non-overnight travel up to 100% of the time.
