Description

• Position ensures that Human Resources and other business initiatives are supported with appropriate process, tools, and metrics. • Responsible for ensuring process and system integration across HR functional activities. • Organize and lead current and to be business processes using business and systems expertise. • Document business requirements and work with IT and business partners. • Lead end to end implementation planning including change management, training, and support. • Facilitate aspects of individual projects and prepare, develop or configure programs.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Experienced with formal project management techniques, systems development methodologies, and implementation of systems software (preferably HR, Payroll or Finance) • Knowledgeable of HR & Payroll processes and business practices preferably in either retail or service organization with large employee base and supported by distributed HR Management team(s). • Must be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks
