β’ Position ensures that Human Resources and other business initiatives are supported with appropriate process, tools, and metrics. β’ Responsible for ensuring process and system integration across HR functional activities. β’ Organize and lead current and to be business processes using business and systems expertise. β’ Document business requirements and work with IT and business partners. β’ Lead end to end implementation planning including change management, training, and support. β’ Facilitate aspects of individual projects and prepare, develop or configure programs.
β’ Must be eighteen years of age or older. β’ Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. β’ Experienced with formal project management techniques, systems development methodologies, and implementation of systems software (preferably HR, Payroll or Finance) β’ Knowledgeable of HR & Payroll processes and business practices preferably in either retail or service organization with large employee base and supported by distributed HR Management team(s). β’ Must be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks
