Description

• StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform that specializes in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio and in-game ads. • The Payroll Specialist will manage payroll operations for employees across multiple US states and Canada. • This role involves ensuring timely payroll processing, accuracy, compliance with regulations, and overall efficiency. • The ideal candidate understands payroll laws and regulations in both the US and Canada.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle payroll with a focus on US multi-state payroll; Canadian experience is a plus. • Proven experience in global payroll operations. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to manage competing priorities. • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication, self-motivation, and a positive “can do” attitude that empowers teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an intermediate level of experience in Excel. • Bachelor’s degree or certification in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, or HR preferred. • Experience with ADP Workforce Now, BambooHR, or UKG is a plus.
