Description

• The Senior Data Product Manager position is responsible for driving a balanced team with diverse products and services. • Identify the strategic information needs for Homedepot.com. • Design products and features based on advanced data-driven insights. • Visualize data with viz tools for statistical analysis. • Lead the development of descriptive analytics measurement and tools to provide insights to the organization. • Focused on delivering incremental value by driving product changes.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • 3-6 years of relevant work experience. • Proficiency in Adobe AEP product is preferred. • Experience working as a Product Manager in a modern software development based enterprise environment. • Experience with modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies, specifically the extreme programming (XP) principles of paired programming, test driven development, and continuous deployment. • Proficiency in working in a fast paced, fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basis. • Proficiency in communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization. • Proficiency in working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design and development team. • Proficiency in creating, prioritizing and accepting user stories. • Proficiency in conducting user research and testing to understand needs. • Proficiency in identifying goals, metrics and analytics to measure product value. • Proficiency in conducting competitive research and analysis. • Experience guiding more junior team members through Product Management fundamentals in a professional setting.
