β’ Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field of study. β’ 3+ years experience with auto, property and/or commercial farm/ranch products. β’ Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions or service. β’ Extensive knowledge and understanding of property and casualty products, pricing, rates and industry trends. β’ Extensive knowledge and understanding of underwriting guidelines and concepts, pricing, ratemaking, loss reserving, modeling or reinsurance depending upon area of specialty. β’ Demonstrated experience performing statistical/actuarial analysis and data forecasting and modeling techniques. β’ Extensive knowledge and understanding of forecasting and statistical analysis and modeling. β’ Associate or Fellow in Casualty Actuary Society (ACAS or FCAS).
