Description

• Manage the full valuation lifecycle for delegated assignments within the Commercial Appraisal Department. • Identify scope of work for requests to ensure proper valuation services are engaged. • Ensure compliance with minimum appraisal standards and work closely with commercial lending units. • Perform valuation reviews of commercial and residential construction properties. • Communicate effectively with lending partners and resolve conflicts during the valuation process.

Requirements

• At least nine years of commercial appraisal experience, including a minimum of three years of commercial appraisal review experience preferably within a regulated financial institution. • Valid "Certified General Real Estate Appraiser" license. • Appraisal Institute designation(s) (MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, or AI-RRS) are a plus. • Educational requirements include a 4-year college degree or higher. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong ability, desire, and enjoyment in working with others in a cooperative, professional and friendly spirit. • Extensive computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet skills.
