• Hone is transforming healthcare and enhancing longevity through an online medical clinic. • Seeking a Growth Marketing Designer to own UX/UI design for customer touchpoints. • Design user-centered experiences to drive conversions and enhance satisfaction. • Lead design process ensuring a seamless user experience across various platforms. • Collaborate to optimize design focusing on conversion rates and user engagement. • Utilize data-driven approaches to inform design improvements for user behaviors.
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality • Comfortable in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment • Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset • Can quickly learn new technology systems and communication tools • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively • Proven experience as a UX/UI or product designer, preferably with a focus on growth and conversion optimization. • Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of designing high-converting, user-centric digital experiences. • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. • Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. • Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and data analysis for informed design decisions.
