• Honor exists to expand the world’s capacity to care. • We’re combining high tech with high-touch to deliver better home care for aging adults. • Founded in 2014, and now a Series E funded “Unicorn” valued at over $1B. • The Honor Care Platform combines local care and the most advanced technology to bring the highest quality care to more aging adults. • We’re seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our Platform Economics team. • In this role, you’ll manage and refine Honor’s core business line items: pricing, revenue sharing, and base wages, using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years in business operations, strategy, management consulting, or investment banking/FP&A in a high-growth or fast-paced setting. • Bachelor’s in technical or business fields (MBA preferred). • Strategic thinker with advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis abilities. • Proven record of crafting and delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to inform strategic decision making. • Skilled in managing end-to-end projects. • Advanced skills in working with Google sheets/Excel and BI tools; SQL experience preferred. • Skilled at cross-functional project management and communicating analytics to leaders. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing competing priorities. • Strong execution skills and ability to consistently meet timelines through changing business needs. • Collaborative, empathetic, and team-oriented with a bias toward action and adaptability.
