• About the job • The Capital One Travel team at Hopper built and maintains a multi-billion dollar travel portal which provides delightful travel experiences for millions of customers. • As the Senior Product Manager, Customer Experience, you will partner with a team of Engineers and Designers, to deliver a best in class digital travel experience. • You will write business cases to frame new opportunities, own a product development roadmap, lead sprint planning for a dedicated team of engineers, and obsess over customer feedback to prioritize the most critical product enhancements and new feature launches. • You will work in a fast paced environment and be responsible for driving real impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a consumer facing product • Strong product sense for user experience and design • Highly proficient analytical abilities to draw accurate conclusions from data, SQL proficiency is a plus • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to work with external partners • Ownership and pride in their work, is uncomfortable with poorly developed products
