• At HopSkipDrive, our goal is to create opportunity for all through mobility. • We’re a technology company that connects kids, older adults, or anyone needing extra support to highly-vetted caregivers on wheels. • Founded by three moms as a solution to their own transportation challenges, we’ve facilitated more than five million rides across over 17 states. • Reporting to the SVP of Communications, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of our marketing channels. • As the Vice President of Demand Generation, you are responsible for our top of funnel performance, driving measurable demand and contributing to the ambitious growth and success of our company.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading demand generation efforts with 8+ years leading high performing teams. • A strong track record of driving and scaling pipeline generation in B2B environments, preferably for SaaS, usage-based, or similar models. • Significant experience developing B2B paid media strategies, optimizing spend and driving top-of-funnel volume. • Successful experience developing and executing account-based marketing strategies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive communications that drive engagement and action rooted in company messaging. • A metrics-driven mindset with a passion for data, testing, and optimization. • Love for collaborative environments and ability to chart paths forward in ambiguity.
