•We are seeking a skilled Sales Territory Analyst to manage sales territory optimization. •The analyst will coordinate the setup of all “transfer of interest” and “enhanced agent opportunity” deals. •Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for territory optimization. •Collaborate with sales leadership and recruiting teams to align strategies and optimize staffing. •Conduct analysis for agency buyouts and provide strategic recommendations. •Deliver regular reporting and visualizations. Present findings and insights to senior management. •Manage and develop new cash flow tools for sales leadership proposals. •Assist the Onboarding Manager to coordinate agency expansion deals. •Prepare and deliver dashboards for operation metrics.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. •Experience in sales reporting and analysis. •Strong proficiency in data analytics. Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Excel, Mapping software, and territory visualizations. •Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
