Description

• Managing and maintaining all SaaS applications used across the organization • Utilizing Torii for comprehensive SaaS management, including discovery, optimization, and governance • Partnering with procurement on software renewals, license management, and vendor negotiations • Identifying and managing shadow IT, working to bring unauthorized applications under proper management • Developing and implementing consolidation plans for overlapping or redundant applications • Optimizing license utilization and costs across the organization by partnering with IT engineering to implement automation • Developing and maintaining documentation for business applications • Assisting in the evaluation and implementation of new SaaS solutions • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations • Participating in IT projects related to business applications • Effectively communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field • 3+ years of experience in IT administration, preferably with a focus on SaaS applications • Strong knowledge of common revenue and corporate IT applications • Experience with SaaS management platforms, particularly Torii • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Proven ability to partner effectively with key stakeholders across various departments, including procurement • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Experience with user account management and access controls • Understanding of software licensing models and contract management • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with specific SaaS platforms (Okta, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Gong) • Familiarity with IT security best practices • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment • Strong presentation skills for delivering reports and insights to leadership • Background in IT procurement or vendor management
