Description

• Embark on an enriching journey with PROCEPT BioRobotics. • We are committed to revolutionizing treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia through innovation in surgical robotics. • The Contracts Analyst is responsible for supporting Customers, Distributors, Sales, and Commercial Teams during the Contract Process. • The role encompasses Pre/Post-Sales support in contract and quote administration, reviewing contract terms and negotiating favorable terms.

Requirements

• BA/BS preferred or equivalent combination of experience/education • 3-5 years of combined relevant experience with Contract Administration and Customer Service/Sales Support • Organized, extremely detailed, able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner often in stressful situations • Ability to raise issues proactively and in a timely manner, as well as propose solutions • Strong computer knowledge including MS Office applications • Understanding of sales and service processes and experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce • Experience in Medical Device, life sciences or healthcare industry preferred • Experience working in an (FDA) regulated environment preferred
