• The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing order processes and supporting deal desk activities. • Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. • Support the deal desk by reviewing and approving sales deals, ensuring compliance with company policies. • Maintain and update sales order records in the CRM system. • Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to operate more efficiently • Provide training and support to the sales team on order management and deal desk processes. • Resolve any issues related to sales orders and deal approvals promptly. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all sales operations activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or deal desk roles. • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other relevant sales tools. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
