β€’ Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest. β€’ Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our team. β€’ This role is crucial in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our revenue teams by focusing on both field enablement, along with the implementation and support of our robust technology stack. β€’ Responsible for evolving new hire onboarding programming, training and onboarding development of our revenue teams while assisting with the implementation and optimization of our revenue technology. β€’ Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be pivotal to the success of this role.

Requirements

β€’ 1-2 years of work experience enablement, operations or a related role β€’ Strong understanding of revenue processes, methodologies and best practices β€’ The ability to learn and ramp up on enablement and engagement softwares such as Salesforce Sales Programs, Mediafly, Docebo, Articulate Rise and Chorus. β€’ Outstanding prioritization, project management & execution skills. β€’ Excellent communication, presentation and training skills. β€’ Interest in building analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and assist in providing actionable insights. β€’ Demonstrated ability to collaborate optimally and build relationships across teams. β€’ Self-starter and ability to build content and resources from scratch: be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done.
