Description

• We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Enablement Lead. • You will lead the charge in building, developing, and scaling our sales enablement function. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies, tools, and resources. • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales teams to ensure they are equipped with the latest product knowledge. • Analyze the sales process, identify areas of improvement, and collaborate to streamline workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 5 plus years of experience in sales enablement ideally in cybersecurity at a midsize company. • Proficiency in sales enablement tools - Highspot a plus • Solid understanding of the Sales Process and relevant skill sets used to drive revenue. • Experience with e-learning platforms, content management platforms and virtual training delivery methods • Strong cross functional skills, acting as a trusted advisor to drive business value for go-to-market teams.
