Are you a numbers guru with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? • Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where attention to detail is key? • As our Payroll Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and timely payroll operations for our amazing team of healthcare professionals. • We’re looking for someone who loves digging into data, solving problems, and making sure everyone gets paid accurately and on time—because in hospice care, every detail matters. • Process payroll for a diverse team of healthcare professionals across multiple locations/companies • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll functions • Stay up-to-date on payroll laws, healthcare-specific regulations, and compliance • Assist with payroll reporting and audits • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll in a friendly, professional manner

Requirements

At least 2 years as a payroll specialist or similar role • Experience with Paylocity payroll software is highly preferred • Healthcare industry experience is a plus • Solid understanding of payroll processes, taxes, and compliance • Strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
