• Support optimization and scalability of sales teams • Develop, deliver, and scale sales training programs • Create and maintain sales playbooks • Collaborate with sales leadership to improve conversion rates • Partner with HubSpot Administrator for effective pipeline management • Track KPIs related to rep productivity and deal velocity

Requirements

• 5+ years in sales enablement, training, or sales operations role, preferably in healthcare • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales • Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRMs, sales enablement platforms and reporting tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams.
