Description

• NOTE: This is a FULLY remote role. • The candidate will collaborate with peers and internal customers in North America and Europe. • Hostaway is a marketing leading SaaS scale-up transforming the vacation rental industry. • This role is necessitated by our continued growth. • Seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Revenue Operations. • Provide strategic and operational leadership to our team of RevOps engineers and analysts. • Hands-on role requiring a deep understanding of GTM reporting and revenue operations processes. • Lead and manage the RevOps team, providing strategic direction and hands-on support. • Improve and develop revenue operations strategies that drive efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience working for a scaling-up B2B SaaS company is a must. • Multiple years of experience in revenue operations and leadership roles. • Advanced skills in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Excel) for data analysis and reporting. • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional projects. • Strong proficiency in HubSpot for CRM (or similar) and revenue operations management. • Deep understanding of GTM, and levers which can be used for revenue growth and expansion. • Proven record of design and implementation of GTM operational processes together with GTM leadership. • Proven record of designing and implementing sales forecasting & sales enablement.
