Description

• Manage the whole customer journey for your clients • Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features • Take responsibility for customer retention by conducting regular check-in calls • Identify opportunities for expansion and educate about additional Hotelchamp products • Engage in internal product discussions, translating customer usage and feedback into actionable insights

Requirements

• A degree or experience in SaaS and hospitality • Prior experience in a client-facing role is a big plus • Experience in eCommerce and working with Google Analytics • You speak German at a native level and your oral and written English skills are excellent
