🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations professionals at all levels, while creating a diverse pipeline of candidates through innovative sourcing methods. • Proven experience sourcing and recruiting passive top sales talent in a fast-paced SaaS environment. • Focused on delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience with a strong sense of urgency • Adaptability and high learning agility with an openness to new tools and technologies • Strong contributor to a collaborative team environment, rooted in GitLab values • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
