Description

• Identify and research potential clients in the ANZAC region. • Generate high-quality leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking. • Conduct outbound sales activities to introduce Houst and its offerings to potential partners. • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the ANZAC region. • Engage prospects through effective communication, presentations, and tailored sales pitches. • Manage your sales pipeline and ensure that our CRM is up-to-date. • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities (which may be outside regular working hours).

Requirements

• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development. • A strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Solid understanding of sales cycles and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) • Enthusiasm for the proptech industry. • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for achieving targets. • Must be based in Melbourne to visit clients, although the role itself is remote.
