• Hold department managers accountable for achieving well-defined KPIs that drive profitability and operational success. • Maintain day-to-day operations to meet or exceed company standards for consistency, stability, and reliability. • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to prioritize strategic initiatives and break them down into smaller, manageable tasks for execution. • Make data-driven decisions based on the understanding of leading and lagging indicators, ensuring both short-term and long-term growth. • Conduct regular performance inspections, including 1:1 meetings, weekly management team meetings, and give continuous feedback. • Perform quality audits, evaluate processes, and identify gaps to reduce costs and improve overall operational efficiency. • Lead value-based coaching calls with team members, focusing on development, improvement, and achieving personal and departmental goals. • Ensure company-wide and departmental rocks (quarterly priorities) are completed within set timeframes. • Oversee the recruiting team to identify open positions and recruit top talent, ensuring high-performance teams are continually built and maintained. • Prepare and present performance reports to the leadership team, highlighting challenges, proposed action plans, and key results. • Identify, discuss, and solve operational issues quickly and effectively.
