β€’ We are looking for a Business Development Representative to work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams. β€’ Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. β€’ It is an added advantage if you have consulting or agency experience in prospecting for new opportunities and developing leads. β€’ You will be responsible for qualifying and ensuring leads are appropriately handed off to the account executives as well as nurturing leads until they are ready to convert into an opportunity. β€’ Qualify leads from marketing campaigns to ensure a proper hand off to the account executive teams β€’ Contact potential clients via phone and emails β€’ Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services β€’ Properly map business needs to appropriate services within HppyHour solution stack β€’ Build long-term trusting relationships with clients β€’ Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market β€’ Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives β€’ Build reports to present to the manager. β€’ Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role β€’ Hands-on experience with multiple sales campaigns (eg: inbound, outbound) β€’ Track record of achieving quotas and targets β€’ Experience with CRM software. β€’ Fluency in office suite of products β€’ Understanding of sales performance metrics β€’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills β€’ Ability to deliver engaging presentations
