• Ignite Reading delivers one-to-one virtual tutoring to help students become fluent readers • The Tutor Performance Manager elevates performance among part-time tutors effectively • Engage with multiple teams to maintain high standards of tutoring excellence

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience and progressive responsibility as a leader • Skilled at using data, building systems, and leveraging technology • Results-based experience managing people and performance in a human-centered way • Motivated by mission-centered work focused on changing the lives of students • Ability to diagnose problems quickly • Ability to meet urgent demands in a fast-paced environment • Highly collaborative and capable of working closely with others • Exceptional attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to facilitate work with stakeholders • Extraordinary communication skills; written, verbal, and interpersonal • Ability to be self-managing and flexible while working in a remote environment • Nice to have: Knowledge of and experience with implementing Science of Reading programs
